We try our best to describe our merchandise as accurately as possible. However if you feel that an item has been misrepresented you may return it for a refund less our shipping cost. If it does not fit properly you can exchange it for the correct size.
We do not cover the cost for return shipping so please contact us with any questions about a garment or its sizing before you place your order.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery.
All information collected in order to process your order will remain private and secure.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been worn, laundered, or dry cleaned.
We do not accept returns on clearance sale items, hosiery, or cosmetics.
No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the durability of any item.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase
To return an item that you have purchased you must follow this procedure:
- Email us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise with your request to return or exchange it.
- We will email you back with a return authorization number. Please write this number on the outside of the return package.
- Fill out the “Return/Exchange” form and include it in the returned merchandise package.
- Return shipping must include tracking or delivery confirmation information.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original new condition with all tags still attached.
- We must receive your return package within 12 days of being issued a return authorization number.
- We will process your refund or exchange once we receive the merchandise return. If we do not have your size in stock for an exchange, you will be issued a refund and we will notify you if the item becomes available.
